User verification failed. How to unblock the user? Manual user verification.

If the user was not verified, the system will automatically block the user account. The user remains still active, but cannot log in the instance, unless is unblocked by instance administrator.

Users that did not succeed to complete the verification process has yellow triangle icon in their verification status columnuser verification - triangeland can be filtered if you choose “Unsuccessful verification” in Verified status.user verification 7

If you are sure, that the user is still valid and needs the access to your TeamGuru instance, than instance admin has the option to verify the user manually in user edit screen as below

  1. Go to user edit screen
  2. Tick “Mark as verified”
