Add Live Button to Online Meeting

Make it easier on your team and add a direct link to your online meeting. Simply click and join.

To add a link that will be the same for every meeting, click edit pencil in the upper-right corner and go to your meeting's settings. 

Enter the room meeting or the URL link of an online meeting under the 'Location' field. 

After you save your settings, the live button Join Teams Meeting  will be displayed in your standardized meeting. 

To add a link to a specific meeting only, please select your meeting's date, click its Edit pencil and insert the URL link (or room meeting) to the Location field. Save it and your button will be displayed.
