How to Generate a Project Plan in TeamGuru
Go to Your Project: Navigate to the project where you want to generate the plan.
Click the Three-Dot Menu Button: Select the "Ellipsis" icon, then choose "Generate Project Plan" from the options.


Identify Your Preferred Criteria: Choose the preferred criteria that align with your department's focus areas, and click "Generate Plan".

Review Suggested Actions: A preview of the suggested actions will appear. Review them to ensure they meet your needs.

Select or Deselect Actions: You can either select all suggested actions or leave some out based on your preferences.
Add Actions to the Project: Once you're satisfied with the selected actions, click "Add Actions to Project".

Note: Actions can be added or removed at any time as your project evolves. Now you're all set to track your project’s progress.
