How to create a new shared report?

TeamGuru has a new module for shared reports. You can share the report with your supplier and exchange comments online. Suppliers see the shared dashboard without possibility to change it. Suppliers are able to add comments only. Sharing the documents can work only with suppliers where the integration was set up – check it with TeamGuru admin.

  1. To create the new shared report go to Menu Shared Reports and click on “Add shared report” buttonshared report
  2. Define the shared document – fill up name, a responsible person on your side, source dashboard; if the source dashboard has multiple org. units or suppliers data, than choose one of the possibilities from “show 1 unit only”; as the last item fill up partner that you would like to share the report withshared report II
  3. Once your document is defined, choose  “where to display” folder to specify, where your shared reports should be saved in TeamGurushared report III
  4. Save and view

  5. If you are happy with the document you see, click on “Create and share snapshot”. Once  you click on this button, the file will be shared with suppliershared report IV

  6. Your supplier will login into his TeamGuru instance and will see the report in the same way like you without possibility to edit the file.
