How to display prior year values in a dashboard

Besides Actual, Plan and Forecast values, you can view Prior year data and percentage comparison of actual values for the prior year.

View Prior Year values and change from prior year:

1. Go to your dashboard settings

2. Scroll down to 'Row layout', and from the submenu select an option either for actual, plan, forecast, prior year OR actual, prior year, change from prior year values. prior year 1

3. You will be able to view your values in a dashboard based on your selection

PY = prior year values prior year 2

Please note: PY values are automatically filled in from the system with the actual values for the prior year. If you want to see values for PY, you have to upload actual values for the previous year into the system.
