How to launch RCCA directly from a metric dashboard

In case of performance (metric) related problems, you can monitor and solve the problems via the RCCA document. The RCCA document can be linked to a specific combination of metric/org. unit. In such a case, an RCCA icon will be shown directly in a metric dashboard (at this particular combination). The details of a RCCA document can be also accessed and viewed from the metric dashboard. 

1. Go to the dashboard overview
2. Click on the particular metric for which RCCA should be created                                                         
3. Scroll down and click on Initiate RCCA
4. When you create a new RCCA, the RCCA icon will be displayed in the original dashboard and the RCCA can be easily accessed through it.
5. The metric values are automatically pulled to a RCCA graph
