How to prolong Document validity

The validity of expired documents can be either prolonged (if the document remains the same), or you can create-a-new-document-version (if the document is not current and some changes are needed.

To prolong the latest document version

• go to the Document edit screen
• click on Extend by 1 year or put a new validity date as shown below
