How to set up users to be informed about a quality problem
- Go to a quality alert document edit screen
- Choose whom to inform - select User group, if there are any created (where-to-set-up-a-new-user-group)
- Or select individual employees
- Once you want to send a notification, click on the button. All selected people will get an email about a new quality alert created or its update
