How to set up users to be informed about a quality problem

To effectively manage quality issues, it's essential to notify the right people. The Quality Alerts module lets you designate users or groups to be informed about quality alerts, ensuring timely communication and response.

This guide will show you how to set up these notifications to keep all relevant stakeholders informed.

  1. Go to a quality alert document edit screen.edit
  2. Choose "Whom to Inform" - select User group, if there is any created (where-to-set-up-a-new-user-group) or select individual employees. whom to inform
  3. When you're ready to send a notification, click the "Send Update Notification" button. All selected individuals will receive an email about the new quality alert or its update.send notification
