How to unblock the user? Manual verification.

When a user fails verification, their account is automatically blocked by the system. While the account remains active, the user cannot log in unless an instance administrator unblocks it.

Please contact your system administrator or support@teamguru.com to help you with this process. 

Instructions for Administrators:

Administrators can filter users by applying criteria such as "Unsuccessful verification.

Users whose verification is pending or incomplete will display a sandclock icon in the “Verified” column. Users with unverified status will have a red dot.

If the administrator is certain that the user should be validated or wishes to restart the verification process, they can manually initiate or verify the user directly in the user's profile as follows:

  1. Go to user edit screen edit
  2. Navigate to the "Account Verification" section and click Show. verification
  3. If you need to restart the verification process, check the box labeled “Restart verification process. If you wish to validate the user manually, select the option "Mark as verified."verified
  4. Save the changes.
