Project phases in the action list

Dividing a project into clear phases can make even complex tasks feel manageable while creating an efficient workflow. Each phase acts as a stepping stone, guiding you from planning to completion with focused, organized steps.

Please note that project phases differ from project stages. Phases refer to specific actions within your project, while stages represent milestones at the project level.

To enable project phases in your project, they must first be created in the system. This action requires sufficient rights, so please contact your system administrator if you need any new phases added.

To create a project phase:

1. Go to the Action Lists module. Click the submenu arrow. Select Project Phases.phase 1

2. Click the Create new button.phase 2

3. Enter a title for your project phases list, then click the Add Phase button to include each phase.phase 3
