With our color-coded project stages, you can easily see at a glance where each project stage stands, making project management more intuitive and organized. 

At the same time, the full visualization of the project timeline lets you track progress over time, giving you a clear picture of how your project has evolved. This complete record is especially helpful for audits, ensuring transparency and accountability at every step.

• 0 – Inactive → Gray dot
• 1 – Active (achieved) → Green dot (not the current stage)
• 2 – Approval in progress → Orange dot with a clock (approval process is ongoing)
• 3 – Rejected → Red dot

• If there is an approval process and its status is approved → Green circle with a white checkmark inside
• If the stage is both approved and current → Blue circle with a white checkmark inside
• The current stage is shown in blue
• The only statuses that override blue (current stage) are:
  • Approval in progress (2)
  • Rejected (3)
