What happens if I archive an incomplete task? Can I re-activate it?

If you archive an incomplete task, the system will automatically close it. If needed, the archived task can be reactivated:

A) To archive a task

1. Click on a task Edit icon

2. Tick the Archived box

B) To reactivate an archived task:

1. Filter your archived tasks - click on the Show filters button and check whether Yes in the Archived column is selected/checked
2. Click on a task Edit icon
3. Un-tick the Archived box
4. Save and close
5. The task is re-activated
