Who leads and supports a Key Improvement Priority
You can set up a leader and support people in the edit screen:
- Highlight the relevant Key Improvement Priority box
- Tick the related Targets to Improve
- Choose the responsible person - tick the first (top) checkbox for a Leader and the second (middle) checkbox for a support person
- Save and view – the leader is marked with a full black dot, and the support person by an empty dot
- Under the Settings Tab, you can also select 'Show employee job titles' and it will be displayed in your X-Matrix.
