Who leads and supports a Key Improvement Priority

You can set up a leader and support people in the edit screen:

  1. Highlight the relevant Key Improvement Priority box
  2. Tick the related Targets to Improve
  3. Choose the responsible person - tick the first (top) checkbox for a Leader and the second (middle) checkbox for a support personleader, support
  4. Save and view – the leader is marked with a full black dot, and the support person by an empty dotleader, support 2
  5. Under the Settings Tab, you can also select 'Show employee job titles' and it will be displayed in your X-Matrix.
