Who will receive email notification about the shared report? Where can I set it up? When the email notification is sent?

People that should receive email notifications related to the particular shared report are called “Report Subscribers”.

Both sender and receiver of the shared report have to setup their own “subscribers”

1. Sender – defines his “subscribers” in supplier edit view. Email notification about the new shared report created is sent to the responsible person for the particular supplier and to users defined as subscribers
2. Receiver – defines his “subscribers” in customer edit view. Email notification about the new shared report and about each change in the shared report is sent to the responsible person (for particular customer) and subscribers defined
3. Receiver can define his „Subscribers“ also in the shared report edit view. Each subsriber has to be setup in TeamGuru as a new user first.
4. Person defined as an “assigned to” contact in  the shared report definition screen, will be automatically assigned as the responsible person on receiver`s report, but can be changed by receiver according to internal needs.
