How to create a new skill?

Defining skills is the first step you need to do to create new skill matrix. (Video Guide: Learn how to create skills - 7:49) 

To create a new skill, you should follow these steps:

1. Go to Skill Matrix – Skills submenu.                                              
2. Click on “Create New” icon                                                                                        
3. Fill up Skill title and required fields as shown below: 
4. Add your Skill Requirements.

• First choose a skill level - there are 2 levels predefined: qualified & trainer. You can create more levels if needed - go to skill matrix menu / skill levels submenu and add new level.
• Here you can also add details for your request, the validity of the skill requirements, and if the skill requires knowledge of some document (SOP, working instructions etc.) saved in "Documents" module, you can add this document as an attachment here. The document will appear in your skill matrix as required knowledge.
