How to export several documents to zip file (PDF, XLS, PPT or PNG)?
You can create a list of documents and then simply export them to a single zip file. This functionality is recommended for users who need to export several documents on a regular basis.
Click on your profile and select Sets of Documents from the submenu. 
Click the green plus icon to add the set.
Choose a title, document, and export type (PDF, XLS, PPT, or PNG). Add as many documents as you need by using Add item green plus icon. Once you are done with your selection, click the Save & Close button. 
Click Download all as Zip file icon.
